Intertops Jumps into The Mobile Gaming Industry with Spin3

On March 21, 2007, Spin3, a known wireless casino provider powered by the Microgaming company, announced that Intertops, the web's first ever sports betting, casino poker and online gaming site, has moved to mobile gambling and will use Spin3's GameWire system to launch their mobile gaming offering.

The mobile casino of Intertops also offers Blackjack, Roulette, the Major Millions games, the Fruit Fiesta, Treasure Nile, the Tomb Raider Video Slot and a lot more. The mobile casino also offers WAP-based sports betting to the well-known and loved casino games. Players can now access these games wherever they are just by using their mobile phones.

Michl Posch, Vice President of Marketing for Intertops, said that they have been in the gambling business since 1996 and they feel that it is time to move to the mobile casino industry and so far, they are getting good results. The Gaming Platform GameWire will lend the Intertops Mobile Casino an interesting graphic user interface with a relatively easy to understand Java enabled gaming system.

By featuring an array of progressive jackpot games and using the Microgaming network, the company is in a good position to cut their part of $16.6 billion mobile market in the near future.

Matti Zinder, CEO of Spin3, said that they are happy that they have been able to be a part of the mobile casino by Intertops and they believe that GameWire will help Intertops Mobile Gaming to speed ahead, especially in Europe, which is currently the largest mobile market in the world.
